User Ownership: Clients retain ownership of any data, brand materials, or input they provide.
AI Outputs: Both Matos and the client may use AI-generated outputs for business and operational purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
8. Service Modifications and Suspension
Matos reserves the right to:

Matos Termination: We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for breach of terms or at our discretion.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease, and any outstanding fees remain due.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Matos makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
The accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of Services.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
You understand that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and Matos assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from reliance on such outputs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Matos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Matos shall not be responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use AI outputs or the Services.
In all cases, Matos’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation, arbitration, or the competent courts in France, at Matos’s discretion.
